More about the project

So, I'm still working here and there on getting everything together.
Ali Edwards has been getting her stuff together for two weeks in preparation of her documenting next week.
I decided Wednesday night that I'd start on Thursday morning.

Yeah, I'm doing this a bit in the wrong order. But I think that may be more successful for me.

One other thing I'm doing for this album: not buying anything new.

See, I'm a scrapbook-supply-hoarder.
I buy things that inspire me and then don't do a darn thing with them.
For years.

But then, when I start to work on a project, I find them and get re-inspired, and have gleeful little moments in my apartment. For example, I was looking through papers to find backgrounds for this project, and I discovered these little file folder tabs. And the calendar. There were exactly enough for me to do one for each day of the week and have one that designates my "Life Right Now" section.

And the calendar. I can use it for my intro page. I had a lot of fun with that part of it. The letters "april" are my favorite stickers ever. If I could do every layout in them, I would.

But those nifty days of the week label... Individual stickers. Thus the tweezers. And my headache. And sore fingers.

All in the name of creativity.
